David and Victoria Beckham marked the King’s coronation with a lavish celebration over the recent bank holiday weekend. The famous couple joined their friends Guy Ritchie and his wife Jacqui for a day of fun in honor of the new monarch.
The former football player, 48, and the high-end fashion designer, 49, shared pictures of themselves having champagne and scones on Instagram.
The males could be seen in one of the posts lying back in their chairs and carrying glasses of sparkling wine. Both were sharp in suits and ties, although Guy wore all-black attire and David chose chino pants.
Together with the director of the movie, David captioned the image, “Celebrating in style,” before capturing their treats, which included trifles and strawberries and cream in honor of the crowning.
They also posted pictures of their kids, including one of their son Romeo and his wife Victoria, with the remark, “Celebrating with family this amazing weekend.”
Victoria posted a selfie with Jacqui with the comment “Love you poo!!!!” to offer her own perspective on the party on social media.
Another photo of the ex-Spice Girl with a second pal was also posted, with the message “Amazing weekend celebrating with friends.”
Additionally, the couple posted encouraging and congrats messages for the new king on social media.
