Medeama SC lost the preliminary round second leg tie 1-0.The two legs contest 1-1 in aggregate.
The first half ended goaless and the Ghanians were growing in game,until Remo Stars got the opener in the 72nd minute from a corner kick after the away goal team keeper has spilled the ball out.
Remo Stars were not lucky enough after a goal from Samuel Anakwe were ruled off side in the stoppage time.
