Chrishell Stause is an American actress and real estate agent, best known for her roles on television shows like “All My Children,” “Days of Our Lives,” and “Selling Sunset.”
Stause was born on July 21, 1981, in Draffenville, Kentucky. She grew up in a low-income family and worked hard to achieve her dreams. She moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and started auditioning for roles.
In 2005, Stause landed her first major acting role on the soap opera “All My Children” as Amanda Dillon. She played the role for three years before leaving to pursue other opportunities. She then went on to appear in various TV shows and films, including “Body of Proof,” “Youthful Daze,” and “Misguided.”
In 2013, Stause joined the cast of the soap opera “Days of Our Lives” as Jordan Ridgeway. She stayed with the show for two years before leaving to focus on her real estate career.
Stause has also appeared in reality TV shows, including “Dancing With the Stars” in 2020, where she finished in eighth place, and “Selling Sunset,” which premiered on Netflix in 2019. The show follows the personal and professional lives of Stause and her colleagues at The Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage in Los Angeles.
In addition to her acting and real estate careers, Stause is also a philanthropist. She has worked with various charities, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Childhelp, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Stause has been married twice, first to actor Matthew Morrison from 2006 to 2007, and then to actor Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021. The couple’s divorce was a major storyline on the third season of “Selling Sunset.”
