Ben Affleck on ‘The Flash’ screen-time: ‘Five minutes’
Batman’s brief cameo in The Flash by Ben Affleck falls short of expectations.
The Argo actor stated in a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, “Yes, I did eventually learn how to portray that character (Batman), and I did a fantastic job in The Flash. It’s pretty great for the five minutes I’m there, “Said Affleck.
“A lot of it’s just tone. You’ve got to figure out, what’s your version of the person? Who is the guy that fits what you can do? I tried to fit myself into a Batman. And by the way, I like a lot of the stuff we did, especially the first one [Batman v Superman].”
The 50-year-old already declared that The Flash will be his final outing as Batman.
Nonetheless, the actor was also chosen to take part in the December release of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
The Flash, which stars Ezra Miller, is the most eagerly awaited DC movie of the year. The movie will premiere on June 16 in theaters.
